Structural features: The 2001 model has a single end face, and the 2002, 2004, and 2005 models have dual end faces; The 2001 type is unbalanced, and the 2002, 2004, and 2005 types are balanced. The transmission mode is bearing transmission. This series of mechanical seals are containerized and easy to install.



Executive standard: HG21571-95



Application: Mainly used for top drive vertical mixing equipment and equipment without strict requirements for leakage. This mechanical seal can replace Igor Burgm M461 series (2001 and 2002 models) and M481 series (2004 and 2005 models) cartridge mechanical seals.

Operating parameters:

Working pressure: - 0.1~0.6 MPa (when the pressure is greater than 0.6 MPa, a pressure balancing device is required, and its interface size can be customized)

Operating temperature: - 20~150 º C (If the operating temperature exceeds 150 º C, a cooling water tank is required, and the installation height needs to be increased by 100 mm.)

Linear speed: not greater than 2 m/s (2001 type) or not greater than 3 m/s (2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005)
