204B Mechanical Seal for Top Driven Vertical Type Agitation Equipment, Fermentation Tanks, Seeding Tanks, Reaction Kettles and Sewage Treatment Devices

Structural Features: single end, single spring, unbalanced, any direction of rotation, drive sleeve transmission. This component has a simple structure and high reliability.

Industrial Standards: JB/T1472-94

Scopes of Application: mainly used in top driven vertical type agitation equipment, as well as devices that do not have strict requirements for leakproofness, such as fermentation tanks, seeding tanks, stainless steel reaction kettles and sewage treatment devices.

Operation Parameters:

• Pressure: 0.1 ~ 0.8 MPa or less
• Temperature: - 20 ~ 150 ºC (cooling tank is required if the temperature is higher than 150 ºC and the installation height should be 100 mm higher than normal)
• Linear Speed: 2 m/s or less

Mediums: oil, acid. alkali, and polymer suspensions.
